There be Giants

The Queen of the Mist was not a beautiful woman, but beauty and Giant did not exactly coexist in the same breath when uttering those two words together. Giants were for the most part unattractive and thick, with faces that pushed out bulging chins, ears and foreheads that resembled a misshapen gourd a farmer may throw away upon close inspection…

Legendary Ghosts

The pirate was exceedingly tall and smelled of charred smoke and the ocean. His clothes were surprisingly clean and expensive, a loose shirt of silver clung to pants strapped with strange crafted weapons. His face was long and severe. Silver hair parted and fell past broad shoulders in one long knotted braid. His eyes were intelligent and the color of flint when it is struck upon. Princess Grogda sensed a humored impatience as the pirate regarded the young girl who summoned him and held his gaze with a bored curiosity. “Why are you called Silvertow?” she asked.

Testimonials

I am not into revenge writing, however- I will throw a pack of hyenas into a tightly wound tumbleweed of sharp thorns and poisonous nettles and send them rolling across a piping hot desert of sand and scorpions… slowly. That I will do. Sincerely, c.k. Marley
